Below are some hair loss and hair growth pictures which illustrate the progress that I have made in growing my hair back after making changes to my diet and lifestyle. The pictures in which I have noticeable hair loss are now in the distant past.
Prior to Changing My Diet and Lifestyle
This is a profile picture of my scalp from when I was losing my hair at a very rapid rate. I had severe recession at my temples, and the hair on my sides was also thinning, an impression that was echoed by my barber. Overall, my hairline was receding and the quality of the hair that I had was not great. I cringed every time that I looked at myself in the mirror.

After conducting extensive research on hair loss, I started to eat foods which promote hair growth and developed a healthy lifestyle, as discussed above. I was able to go from rapidly losing my hair to gradually growing it back.
6 Months Later
These are two pictures of my hair taken six months after beginning my hair growth program. As you can see, there is no more temporal recession. Also, the hair on the side of my scalp has become thicker. Overall, my hair is also a lot smoother than it used to be. It’s nice to look in the mirror again without having to think back to the “good old days.”
I hope that my before and after pictures can serve as a source of motivation to all those who are experiencing hair loss. It is definitely possible to grow your hair back if you are willing to make the right diet and lifestyle changes.
